Till det här receptet har jag inte de exakta mängderna, då ursprungsreceptet är för 100 pers, så man får gå lite på känn. Men till 4 personer, ca 500 g nötfärs, 4 potatisar, 2 vitlöksklyftor, 1 gul lök, ca 1 dl grädde, ca 2 dl mjölk, ca 1½ l buljong.
 
Fräs hackad lök, pressad vitlök och tomatpuré i gryta. Tillsätt buljong, tärnad potatis och tacokrydda. Medan det kokar upp fräs nötfärs i en stekpanna och häll över i grytan. Koka i ca 10 - 15 min. Tillsätt grädde, mjölk och bönor. Låt bli varmt. Smaksätt med salt och peppar.
